Begin by finding a comfortable, relaxed position. When you are ready to proceed, hit play.

Focus your attention on the music. Notice as all your troubles and concerns gently slip away - Stress, gone. Hangover, less severe. Blood pressure, normal.

Eventually the music will end but you can stay in this state mellow for as long as you wish - calm, cool and A-OK.
