Method Twenty One sees us welcome London-based musician and filmmaker Luke Seomore. Luke’s solo project, Blessed Are the Hearts that Bend, melts field recordings, electronic and classical instruments into ethereal, enveloping soundscapes.

Begin by finding a comfortable posture. As the music plays, allow a feeling of deep mellowness to surround you.

With each new track, the pool of relaxation on which you float grows wider. Eventually it is a great lake and you are in the centre, bobbing along in the dingy of your mind.
